Dunollie Point & Maiden Isle
Along the Oban to Ganavan road lies Dunollie Point. During the summer months, it is a very popular sea fishing spot amongst locals with Mackerel being the prize catch and is regarded as one of the best shore marks near to Oban. A few hundred yards off Dunollie Point lies Maiden Isle, where you will find Pollack and Wrasse, as well as Dogfish and Spurdog.
Inverawe Fisheries
Inverawe fisheries near Oban (around a 10 minute walk, 10 minute drive) offers four fisheries to cater beginners through to experienced fly fisherman. The fisheries are stocked with Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout as well as some smaller fish. Two of the fisheries also offer disabled bank fishing.
